Current Direct Mail Marketing Theme: Direct Fannie Mae and Ginny Mae Lending

Job Description: Overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each loan that is originated from application to closing: pre-qualifying, taking complete and accurate applications, quote and negotiate fees, terms and conditions, as well as explain various lending options, analyze credit, obtain support documentation, and oversee the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity and terms. Obtain loan documentation after closings as needed with strict adherence to compliance and federal and investor guidelines while maintaining excellent follow-up and follow thru.

Requirements
